The Fotona QX MAXX laser machine offers the most advanced laser technology available, with maximum performance for removing a large range of tattoo inks, pigmented lesions and a wide variety of aesthetic services. The QX MAXX laser machine’s unique single-pulse laser technology has proven itself more effective at complete tattoo removal then many of the multi-pulse lasers on the market. Thanks to this powerful single-pulse Q-switched technology, you get larger spot treatment areas and more effective removal of deeply ingrained color pigments.

The powerful QX MAXX utilizes an optimized wavelength selection in order to target the widest range of pigments. The system includes four treatment wavelengths in one to remove dark pigments, remove lighter pigments and vascular lesions and to get rid of deeply embedded greens, blues and purple inks as well.

• 1064 nm Nd:YAG to treat and remove dark pigments
• 532 nm KTP for lighter pigments, vascular lesions and red, tan, purple and orange tattoo inks
• 650 nm dye for green tattoo inks
• 585 nm dye for sky blue inks and vascular lesions

This optimal selection of wavelengths provides the ability to treat a plethora of pigmented and vascular lesions, as well as the most complex, multi-colored tattoos. And with the additional support of Fotona’s Accelera technology, the QX MAX can be safely and effectively used for all common aesthetic treatments such as hair removal, acne treatments and much more.

Handpieces available with the Fotona QX MAX are

R28 – Titanium smart-control handpiece with auto spot recognition between 2 and 8mm. Can be used with both 1064nm and 532nm laser sources.

R585 – Titanium smart-control handpiece with auto spot recognition between 2 and 4mm. This is an optional Dye handpiece changing the wavelength to 585nm for the removal of sky blue colours.

R650 – Titanium smart-control handpiece with auto spot recognition between 2 and 4mm. This is an optional Dye handpiece changing the wavelength to 650nm for the removal of green colours.
